HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WAS PROCESSED?

You will receive an order confirmation via email once your payment has been processed at the email address provided when your order is placed.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders will be processed and shipped out the following business day.  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday morning.

Orders are NOT processed on the following U.S. holidays:

  • New Year’s Eve
  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • 4th of July
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • The Day After Thanksgiving
  • Day Before Christmas
  • Christmas Day

HEAT ADVISORY: Due to excessive heat during May-September ORDERS CONTAINING SUNLESS SOLUTION will NOT process or ship on FRIDAYS, unless expedited shipping for Saturday delivery is requested.

We offer UPS or FedEx shipping for all orders.

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
  • Shipping prices are based on several factors:
    • Total shipping weight.
    • Shipping Distance.
    • Destination Address Type (Residential or Commercial).
    • Shipping Type (Ground, Expedited, or Overnight)
  • Orders placed via NorvellProStore.com totaling $200.00 or more prior to any taxes or handling charges will receive FREE SHIPPING.
  • The following items within the Norvell ProStore do NOT qualify towards free shipping:
    • Any item listed as $0.00 or FREE within the Norvell ProStore will not qualify toward reaching the minimum order total of $200.00.
    • Norvell à la carte Equipment and Equipment Kits do NOT qualify for free shipping.
    • Any FREIGHT Shipment does NOT qualify for free shipping.
    • Any product that is NOT a qualifying item will be noted within the product description.
    • If you have any questions regarding qualifying items please contact Norvell.
  • FREE or discounted shipping is available in the 48 Continental U.S. only, and excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and oversized packages.
  • All qualifying orders will be shipped by via standard UPS Ground or FedEx Ground.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY PRODUCT(S) TO ARRIVE?

Orders should arrive within 2-5 business days, however this is not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided in your shipped order confirmation.  You may also check with your local FedEx or UPS offices for shipping transit time estimates.

MY PRODUCT ARRIVED DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
